It’s Wednesday already! Good ol’ hump day!
Wedding Wednesday brings you more weight loss updates this week. We weighed in this morning after our two week, low-carb and low-sugar ‘phase 1’ of the South Beach Diet.
We had a couple of cheats, mainly due to my birthday and me shooting a wedding, which I felt required carbs. So we didn’t lose as much as our goals we set last week. I set a 3 pound goal, James a 4 pound goal. I lost about 2 pounds, James 2.5 pounds, so not a complete fail! I’ve lost a total of about 9 pounds over the last two weeks and James lost about 12 pounds.
We may extend ‘phase 1’ by another week, but neither of us are sure we can do it for another week! But we are definitely still on the weight loss train and will keep you updated!
